Congrats for making it all the way through with a day to spare. Now the big question, is the story complete? :)

Almost. Just one more segment to write. I may do that tomorrow, at tenderpaw's suggestion, so that I can not only win NaNoWriMo, but also complete my novel in November. :)

Congratulations! Leah made the winner's circle, too. And I got a valuable learning experience, which is almost as good. ;)

Yay Leah! And yay you, for learning stuff. It was great writing with both of you this past weekend. I don't think I would've made it to 50k with a day to spare without that motivation to boost the word count. Or without tenderpaw helping to create a small child free environment for several hours. :)

I'll see your Kermit and raise you a Fab Four :). Because that's so awesome!

I might try it next year with professional blog posts rather than a novel (meaning I'll have tons spooled up and waiting, rather than frantically trying to write something every Wednesday).

Love the userpic. :D

I don't know if your concept technically meets the NaNoWriMo qualifications, but I won't tell. :) Besides, my story would work well as a series of short stories, as well as one big novel. Either way.

Perhaps after a bit of refinement, once I'm a little more sure it doesn't suck. :) Right now I *know* parts of it suck, but I let them stand because I needed to boost the word count. Now that crunch time is over I can go back and make them not suck. Oh, and finish writing the story, which won't take much more.
