It goes through some of the same quantum theory of emotions in detail.
My therapist explained it as emotion being like muscle. The emotions you exercise most often...grief, anger, disappointment...will end up creating the lions share of the new neuro-connections in the brain. The idea that we're deeply affected by "repressed" emotions...has fallen out of favor. Bottling up anger will not create a future explosion of homicidal mania. Not "practicing" anger will in fact...make you less likely to react with anger.
This sort of stuff is also included in Buddhism 101 you know...you don't have to dance naked under the moonlight. ;-)
