So it occurred to me that if I start to use my journal again, it might bring my muse back-- or at least get me used to the idea of writing fluidly and a lot. Who knows?

I'd never heard of the 5/2 diet before, though. Went and looked it up and was intrigued! It's something I'll give consideration to, definitely, so thanks for suggesting it, along with other ideas to coax the muse out of hiding.
I'm glad to see you're here still reading, and I'll keep this up if I can, haha. I hope you're doing okay, all things considered. <3
