Seeing as how I have a bloody eyeball (a la the uniform worn for Malcolm McDowell's portrayal of Alex DeLarge) tattooed on my wrist, it'd be hard for me to say I don't love the film for 'A Clockwork Orange' almost as much as the book...but I wasn't too impressed by 'Coffee and Cigarettes', really.
hahahah i love you the opinion on coffee and cigarettes really depends on the person have you not seen it? that's just what i'm guessing i love it but other people hate it of course, those people haven't seen it. sydney kania, my english teacher and i like it so yeah. good day beautiful.
this will sound wierd coming from me, but I absolutely loved the clockwork orange. I had trouble getting through the first part but i think in the end it is extremely artistic, the acting is great, and it is a beautiful social commentary. the poeple who dont like this movie are just to used to happy endings
i am acctually really surprised you said this, i watched for the first time when i was in england and i was pretty much forced to sit through the begnning, i was so weirded out by the movie but i found it to be such a brilliant idea. i find that a film like this would absolutely drive you nuts because its SO horrible!
