I swear by alka-seltzer and orange juice! And then follow it up about an hour later with diner food. Not necessarily good for the figure, but sometimes you have to sacrifice for your health.

Well you should be fine. The bed-to-couch thing is easier than stairs, and the world outside.

I've heard things about tobascco and tomato juice, from college friends. Haven't heard them in a while, though. So it could have killed them.
