OOC--Character Development
whitehairedjedi (7) -- could possibly go down in history as the oldest padawan ever, heh ^^; Over 700-years-old when she joined the Order, she was taken as a padawan by the Jedi Master Benjamin Del Ponte (jedisisko). After years went by, they became more than that -- they actually persued a relationship together.
7, after becoming a full-fledged master, herself, took a padawan of her own -- a human girl by the name of Kersti (padawank) -- even after the warnings that people gave her. She could see the potential in the girl and wanted to help her gain in knowledge and strength; to help the universe and the Order itself. Besides, people gave her own master the same warnings when he chose her and she turned out fine... didn't she?
Throughout the time that she had Kersti at her side, she never prodded into Kersti's thoughts, even when she thought it best if she did... 7 was one to think that she should gain her padawan's trust -- she would not force her to divulge the thoughts she carried in her mind and the feelings she carried in her heart.
This, of course, led to Kersti sneaking out at night -- later, being tempted by darker forces (including the evil_entity). When 7 found out -- when Ben found out -- 7 could not bear it and shut herself away from everyone and everything. Ben restricted her to the Temple and she defied him, leaving for the planet Gallitrexia, where she stayed because she could not face him, nor her superiours and collegues.
Eventually, she was coaxed back to her duties and things seemed peaceful enough. 7 presented her padawan with a dragon (Kla'na) -- both to teach Kersti responsibility and to keep her out of trouble. Not long after that, a new-comer came -- someone by the name of La'Wran. 7 acted as though she was a dear friend of her's from sometime long ago on the planet Gallitrexia. A dear friend who just happened to have been from 7's mother's planet and also a Timelady Jedi... Kla'na, of course, didn't believe her -- and said as much -- but kept her conclusions to herself until later.
A few weeks went by and then 7 went off on a mission -- and, inevitably, went missing. Distraught, Ben went in search of her -- finding out that she had been killed, he went mad.
No one knows what happened to her right now, but I have my suspicions...
