High Point, NC. March 14-16.

That first session on Friday (Serenity) is 3-7. Then the Little Fears game is 8-midnight. Albedo on Saturday is 2-6. But even if you miss mine, there are two or three other Serenity games throughout the weekend.

Beth and a few of our Columbia friends are going as well for the guests rather than the gaming. And there's a costume contest and an art show...

Preliminary Schedule is here if you want to browse what's up. Guest list is somewheres on their site, but it includes Jennie Breeden!

It is. The final description is:

The mining operations on the moon had been abandoned as soon as the terraforming of the neareby planet produced enough atmosphere to sustain life. The moon lay still, lifeless, ignored, until someone realized it's latent potential.

After securing the necessary components, and enough children in the passenger area to mask their true intentions, a group of rebels is heading for the facility, knowing they won't have much time to work before they're discovered.

But with a government training exercise nearby, and the things the children insist they keep seeing...

They have come. Soldiers and children. Some reluctantly, some with hope in their eyes, and some with hatred. Some will find a weapon. Others will find help. Still more will find only death. The games don't actually overlap. I mean, it's not like I expect the Browncoats from the Serenity game to take up arms against the Anthro E.D.F. soldiers in the Albedo game whilest the kids from the Little Fears game take cover. But it will be fun to see ( ... )
