happy birthday to miss gracibella! and i did another painting, it is quite related to her birthday.
it's kind of a new style, i tried not to smudge so much and to just leave the brushstrokes where they were. can't say it's one of my favorites as it is right now, but i rushed it to get done by today and i may go back and work on it.
on a mostly unrelated note, i will be auditioning for ITN as a soprano tomorrow. insanity, i say. i hope my luck changes, or that i sound better as a soprano than as an alto.
my mother is going to taiwan on the 23rd. my grandmother (her mother) is getting surgery. i'm worried. because...well...what if something happened? i don't even want to think about it. i haven't seen her in six years. what if the last memory she has of me is a snot-nosed little brat?
actually, i still am a snot-nosed little brat. but at least i'm not ten anymore.
also, HOW DID ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER WIN?! the GOVERNOR of one of the largest states in the country is a MOVIE ACTOR who played the TERMINATOR. what. the. fuck?
