Today was the day of the 1/2 marathon for which I have been signed up since July and dreading since August. I ran it in 2 hours 11 minutes and 32 seconds. I was 125th out of 255 in my age group and my underwater mile time (through the tunnel) was 8:58! My actual pace was 10:03 min/mile. I am absolutely thrilled with these results! Ok so good luck with your intestines. BUt about the dumb bitch, you just need to start messing with her, when she asks a question re-word it directly after she asks in a way that makes he hear just how stupid she is. Do it the entire study group. She will hopefully get the hint. I did this in a religion class.
