1-5. uh...yes.

I've got one....get people in there (band directors) who have experience and will be able to build up the programs and make them known. Have concerts for the public, or in the public...like a park or something. Once people have heard you, you can maybe take donations or something. Make the band good and make it where people WANT to hear them, and the school board may give you more money for the program. (that has happened to a school I went to)

Top five ways to eradicate widely-spread epidemics in third world countries.

1. Stop spending money on stupid campaigns and stuff we don't need. Use the millions of dollars (or more) to send medical supplies and vaccines to those countries and try to stop some of the disease.
2. Teach them that having sex with/raping virgins (children mostly) does NOT rid you of AIDS.
3-5. I know this was you being obnoxious, but I actually had a few answers for this one...those are it though...so, answers 3-5 are....yes.
