LIST OF SHAME PAYMENT REMINDERS //
A few people from the first group buy still need to either send their payments or contact me so they can drop their claims:

HOW ORDERING WORKS //
o1.) You tell me which figure(s) you want to purchase and I will add them to the claims list.
o2.) Once all figures from all sets are claimed, I will send you an invoice through Paypal. If not every single figure has a buyer, then this whole operation ends here.
o3.) Once everyone has sent their payments, I will order the six (and only six) sets of figures. I don't have enough money to cover for people taking their time sending payments, so if you can't pay within 12 or so hours of getting your invoice, don't bother claiming anything.
o4.) When they are released in November, the figures will be shipped from the supplier in Japan to me.
o5.) I will (very carefully) open the individual boxes to determine which figure is in each one, and then send them to their respective buyers.
CLAIMING //
o1.) It's first come, first served.
o2.) In the inevitable rush to claim figures, things can get messy. Please refer to the examples below for how I will be dealing with various different situations.
o3.) Only claim with the assumption that you will be making a purchase. Expressing any interest at all in a comment will end you up on the list, so serious buyers only, please.
o4.) Do your best to refrain from dropping claims, even if you thought the character you really wanted was sold out and you instead took something you just kind of wanted. It's really difficult to deal with all these orders at once, so do your best to give me a break.
o5.) When you order HRE/Chibitalia, you can tell me which one you'd prefer, but I can't make any guarantees you'll get that one. They appear to be random. Of course, the lower the number of your Set (ie. 1 or 2), the higher your chances are you'll be getting the one you want.
o6.) When you make a claim, please include your Paypal email address, and whether or not you are in the continental US. Additionally, if you're not in the US, I'll need your country and postal code so I can calculate your shipping. Comment screening is by request only, please ask or it won't happen.
CLAIM EXAMPLES //
Example #1:
Buyer A: "I want Prussia, Canada, and Spain."
Since Buyer A is the first person to comment, her claims will be added to Set 1's claim list.
Buyer B: "I want Hungary, Canada, and Sweden."
Buyer B's claims for Hungary and Sweden will be added to Set 1 as well, but her claim for Canada will go to Set 2, since Buyer A has already taken that Canada.
In the event that we don't get anywhere near enough buyers for two complete sets (ie. less than half a set), only Set 1 will be purchased. Therefore, Buyer A will get all three of her figures, but Buyer B will only receive Hungary and Sweden.
Example #2:
Buyer A: "I changed my mind. I only want Prussia and Spain. Please drop my Canada."
Sometimes people have to drop claims. (Though this makes me very angry because group orders like this are confusing enough as it is.) In the case of Buyer A and Buyer B, Buyer B's claim on Canada would be moved up to Set 1.
Example #3:
Buyer A (at 3:00pm): "I want Prussia, Canada, and Spain."
As in Example #1, Buyer A gets first dibs for being the first in line.
Buyer B (at 3:05pm): "I want Hungary and Sweden."
Buyer B also gets these for being the first to ask for them.
Buyer A (at 3:10pm in a reply to her first comment) "Wait, I also want Sweden. Please add him to my order."
Buyer A's later request for Sweden will be added to Set 2.
Even though Buyer A's first order came in first, adding onto a claim and getting first dibs just isn't going to happen for her. Orders are taken by the time they're received, not by thread or buyer.
Example #4:
Buyer Y (at 9:00pm): "I'd like your last Greece, please."
Buyer Y's claim is added to the list.
Buyer Z (at 9:10pm): "Actually I'd like your last Greece, and I'm willing to give you twice your listed price for him."

As much as I'd like to take her money give Buyer Z a break there, that wouldn't be fair to Buyer Y. Go to eBay if you'd like a bidding war, please.
PAYMENT //
o1.) Payment is via Paypal only. And please no eChecks or anything that takes a while to process.
o2.) Once all the figures are claimed, I will send you an invoice via Paypal to your email. Please pay as soon as possible to keep things moving. Also, DO NOT send me any payments until you receive your invoice.
o3.) If 24 hours pass and you do not receive an invoice, SEND ME A PM and let me know. Group buys are very hectic and confusing and it's very easy for me to lose track of things, even when I do my best.
o4.) In the event that 1999.co.jp sells out of figures before everybody pays, I will do my best to find them somewhere else. If I'm unable to find any, though, I do actually plan on refunding everybody's money in full. So don't worry.
o5.) You have FIVE DAYS from the time you receive your invoice to either pay or ask me specifically for an extension. FYI, I have thugs in expensive suits who don't mind shooting you in the kneecaps if you don't follow this rule.
