Buying all organic/natural foods and/or product is grossly expensive, especially if you're getting meat. I spent about 40-50 bucks more than I normally would have for organic equivalents to most of the stuff I usually buy. Heh, this will be my first foray into cooking tofu. I've had it in stir-fry before, but never cooked it myself. It should be fun. I ended up getting some toasted sesame seeds to add to the sauce, and I also picked up some dried japanese chiles, for that extra oomph. :)

Sounds like it will probably be good. But not as good as delicious sushi. Where is that place? What is it called? I ask only because you haven't replied to my voicemail and I have no clue how to get there.
