Let me know how I'm doing!

If you're familiar with Axis Powers Hetalia, I'd love some advice! Let me know if you have any problems with Belarus. Tell me if there's a way I should be handling certain situations or if you have any advice to give regarding anything. All constructive advice is welcomed.

Hey there o/ I appreciate your critique!

4. I've never had any intention to make Belarus totally forget about Russia. She still wants to be with him, but right now several things have happened that have left her in a conflicted mental state. I mention in her bio that the discovery of the mass graves near Minsk and the Chernobyl accident, she's shocked that her brother would do these things and not tell her. (hence why in one of the Russia threads in the DR, she slaps him and cries). She still loves him, but as I said before, she's in a state of shock at the moment. But I see what you mean in your critique, I'll try to make this more apparent

Hello. :) I have some crit for your Belarus, too. I'm not a hardcore APH fan, but I've noticed some things about your Belarus that have been slightly... off.

IMO, you play her as far too weak, sensitive, and tolerable of other characters. Like gesangvoll mentioned, she is nothing like the yandere she is in canon. In this post, she is clinging to America, 'crying her little eyes out', 'crying like a newborn'... that is not something I can see Belarus doing, even in her state of sickness. Perhaps it's because you seem to ship Belarus/America, but her behavior towards him simply doesn't seem IC to me at all.

I would suggest a canon review, but that's not the easiest thing due to APH's nature, but I think it would be good for you if you went and checked out how other muns write Belarus. There are some very excellent ones out there- I recommend that you take a look at he_aintheavy, who is, imo, the closest representation of Belarus as she is in canon.
