I played roller hockey for 5 hrs. and my shoulder is sore from playing so much. Tonight I'm going to relax. I'm going over Frank the Tank and see what he is doing. I need to work out and run more, since I've just been playing hockey lately lol. Peace out nugga's until next time.

I played RollerHockey last night, was weird since I only play ice. I played with my friends on a 2 on 1 battle for the ages. Of course, i can't manuver as quick as i can on the ice, but i believe i was sufficient enough since i scored 5 post hits in 7 shots.
