The ferries are a fabulous way of traversing the Bay, no question - the views can be spectacular (surpassed only by those along Nimitz Way, I'd say), and such a relaxed manner of travel to boot. A friend makes her commute daily thusly. Not so bad. ^_^

Indeed. Imagine having to spend your life there.
