The new job is going ok.
I finally got let on the phones and computer with out anyone standing over my shoulder.
Which is good, theres been times I have gotten off the phone just wanting to cry.
Between the elderly feeling like none cares,wifes with sick hubbies calling in worried trying to find out
if there authorizations have been approved,or new

An update from you is always good. Sounds like you work at a hospital now. What you feel is exactly what makes me not want to become a 911 dispatcher. I would fall to pieces with the amount of anguish and of course the callers who are scared that thier loved one is dying or are crying because someone just shot them/thier friend.

I hope the younguns are doing fine.

More like I work for a in comming call center for
scripps paitent calls wanting info i give it to them
and sometimes they seem to be having a hard time of it but
days like today make it worth while! I got called a angel *snickers*
if they only knew lmao!and the patient was very pleased with what I was
able to do for her.
