Akefia, is it okay if I came home? I don’t like it here. There’s too many people and they keep me up at night! And I miss Ra… And Squalo-san… can I call him Squalo? We lived together for two months. You’d think we could drop that…

A reputation I've building for years in order to save some part of myself.

Did you know that the Spirit hated it when I was overly polite? It annoyed him and a way of rebelling against him.

None of us are. Only they are special, apparently. Going off and dying, and then returning like they had just come back from a short trip.

I'd like to venture a guess and say you fed Atem as well? Because I have.

I -was- a weak little girl! Breasts and everything! It was quite an experience.

But I guess that's what happens when you're in the presence of the all-mighty Atem: You faint at the first bite of him.

[He's instantly awake, almost falling off the bed. He catches his balance and looks around the room, seeing that he was alone. It was cold in the room, so he closed the window, shivering.]

Don't scare me like that! My chest is still bruised, it doesn't need to be bruised again!

[He looks around the room, seeing his laptop open on the nightstand. Didn't he close it before going to sleep? He reached over and closed it, rubbing his eyes]

What's wrong? I was finally getting some sleep...
