I've determined I need to get away from playing any kind of fast-talking, rogue type character in my rpgs. I play them too often, and I would rather not pigeon-hole myself into those party roles

It is fascinating to watch your mastery of fast-talk.

Though certainly if you're at the "I always play that, time to stretch" part of your RP career, I am all for that. I recognize some players "roll-play" and don't want to stretch; they just want to play live X Box, and that's ok I guess, but since RP for me is art, I have a lot of respect for someone who wants to grow in their skills.
