I spent the night at le hospital last night and am now out of work for two whole days. Ugh. When it rains, it pours, I guess.

But it's not all bad, I suppose. I do get to eat sherbet and drink juice and watch movies, so...

Thank you, sweet girl. Yes! I should totally pull out "One Night in Paris" and feel better about myself, haha. Or I could have a B-movie marathon! Mainly so far, it's just been TV, fluids, sleep, Disney movies and more sleep... and that's been alright by me :)

Gosh. Well. Last night right as I was getting ready for bed, I felt like I had been stabbed in the back. I started screaming for Lauren to come help me and by the time she'd gotten there, I had lost all my color, could barely stand, thought I was going to puke my guts out, couldn't hear and had broken into a cold sweat.

A night later, it turns out to be (they think) an infection. I'm on some serious pain killers and antibiotics and drinking and sleeping lots... not doing much else. Sigh. Kind of crazy!

No, no. You're not at all.

You know, it was all very sudden. I had been having back pain for about a week, but no other symptoms really. I had bronchitis last week, so I thought I'd just pulled something from coughing or in my dance class. Then last night, I was getting ready for bed and felt like I was stabbed in my lower back. You can read the details in my comment to David above. Turns out, they think, it's a really serious kidney infection probably caused by my weakened immune system, the changes in the weather and dehydration. Yuck.

We'll make up that phone call. I'm free all tomorrow... and would sure love to hear your beautiful self. And if nothing else we can plan for later. I love you :)

I'm doing alright now... Thanks to the help of my narcotics :) It's just a really bad kidney infection they're pretty sure... so maybe I'm a big baby, but I seriously don't know if I've ever been in so much pain in all my life before! Thanks for checking in on me-- you're so sweet.
