I agree! They're also a gigantic pain in the ass to make; the only one I've managed to make more or less like the picture was the Spark Lemon ice cream.
It has an interesting flavor; I may go back and change either the amount of mint or the time to let the mixture steep, because it tastes weirdly spicy and I'm sure it's because of the mint. Then again, that might be because I let it sit for so long while I tried to strain the grapes by hand. (I know, right? Especially since she fades into the background in all the KH games except KHII.)
