don't have the flash version the site wants, so i wonder if it still registers the click. anyway, i'll do it from work.

They don't, which is a bummer. I set this link as my home page so I would click it when I opened my browser.

I wonder if there is some outside service I could use to do that.

there are indeed some outside services (google email advertising or email marketing) who do such thing and keep track of clicks and all that jazz you probably don't need, but that costs money.

You just need
1/ a mailing list to which people would voluntarily subscribe to get the reminder, and
2/ to set up a daily sending of a template email with the link.

Talk to whoever does IT/sysadmin/web stuff for Colage and they should be able to figure this out very easily!
