On Monday I had a meeting with my boss at the hospital. I thought I was going in to discuss me finally coming back to work, and what was happening with the interns in the program Instead I walked in to have my boss tell me that my position was defunded and I didn't need to come back.

The hospital has laid off about 250 people in the last 2 months.

I'm so happy to hear you're doing so well (other than the layoff of course). I've been thinking about you a lot ever since your knee injury, so it's wonderful to hear your life is back on track. :)

Yeah, it's definitely coming along. Sometimes I loose track of that fact until I think about something I was doing a month or so ago. I've come quite a ways!

You do realize that now hundreds of people own your knee, not just you. They're footing your bill, so no more trampolining and doing dumb things with your knees...

if you own (part of) her knee then you need to send her money for the rest of her life for feeding and clothing said part of said knee. ha!

I personally donate my part of Whitney's knee to Whitney to do as she pleases:)
