snot!
WHERE is all the mucus coming from?
I swear the mucus fairy had a field day in my sinuses.
Add that to a flipping awful day yesterday.
Seriously frigging terrible day, Wednesday.
I'd taken Benedryl the night before so I could
sleep and breathe at the same time.
Of course that wiped me out and I slept till 1pm.
Still with residual sniffling/snorting/snucking/ and sore throat.
Lost my keys, so I went to work with just my car's spare key
and borrowed a key so I could lock up when I went home.
Left my wallet at home - didn't have apt. key, and even
tho' Tim works just across the street from me,
he was teaching by the time I got a chance to call him.
Forgot I brought some sort of food/ shake with me so I
needlessly suffered a hungry headache. (Supplemented with
stressy headache and nicely bruised knuckles).
And it seems like everybody and their cousin was having
issues with their connection/email/or computer updates and
called all at once. (I don't mind it being busy, I mean...
I'm paid to *work*....but I HATE getting behind/
swamped/overwhelmed). I just wish there was some way to
stagger the calls.
Anyway, Tim came over around 9pm before heading home and
let me sob on him in a big hug for a bit.
Then he gave me some cash to get something to eat, and
found my keys when he got home.
He's cool like that.
Today, I'd overslept, but I'm still sick.
It's been three bleeding weeks already...
But I'm in a better mood today.
Probably because it's not yesterday anymore.
