It's been out less than a week, but it felt like everyone but me had seen Pacific Rim. NO MORE. It was like a mashup of the best parts of every giant robot/giant monster title ever. All the tropes! Holy shit, so much fun. :D

Orange is the New Black hurts in the good way. Watch it if you haven't. Seriously.

This appears to be a movie I've completely missed due to being in China. Pacific Rim?

Yup. They're being dicks and bumping the release in a lot of places back to the end of July/August. If it does come out near you, it's definitely worth seeing on the big screen. (I wouldn't say that it was a better movie than IM3, but I enjoyed PR more. It's that level of mindless fun.)

Ah. That might be why I haven't even seen a poster for it. Sadly, I'm missing all the PR, mostly because I don't watch television. It's a bit difficult when it's all in Chinese. XD I'll see if we get it here though. By that point, I may even be back in the City where there's a better chance they'll play it. Mindless fun is good fun after all.

I'm sorry to barge in on you, but I'm wondering if there's any way to be permitted to read your story (presuming you are indeed the author!) of Blackout Conditions. I'm a huge fan of "The Helicopters at Dawn" series and I've been up all night reading it and searching for the conclusion to the series.
