Update:
Josh is doing better! They removed his respirator to see if he could breathe on his own and his breathing was stable. They also have reduced his medication level and removed his IV. His grandmother said he's making small movements like retracting from shots and resisting restraints. The doctors say he is doing much better than they expected!
