Kyle was on his usual rounds. Today, Cho had gone a separate way, so he was left to ponder on his own, rather than force small talk. It was a plus, for the shy Ravenclaw. Thinking deeply about many random things, he nearly didn't realize who was directly before him, and what they were doing.

Parvati had way too many things in her bag as she walked back from the library. It made a ripping sound, and her books and papers spilled out onto the floor.

Muttering some Indian curse words, she set her bag aside and went to work gathering her things.

Kyle looked down, picking up the book that was closest to him.

"Here you go, Vati," he said with a small smile.

Parvati gave Kyle a warm smile as she took the book from him. She owed him a lot for helping to save Harry.

"Kyle! Thanks! How are you doing?"

Using her wand that was hidden up her sleeve, she used a quick repair charm on the strap, then strengthened it.

She looked up at him. "I always carry way too much," she laughed, starting up put her things back into the bag.

"I know the feeling," Kyle replied, smiling a bit. He figured Vati would know it was true.

"How are things? Fix everything with Harry?" he spoke softly, looking at her intently.
