I just think this hits the ever-elusive, yet perfect mark we need in order to address this ongoing injustice. It's very hard to be offended by something this beautifully filmed.

lesbian, gay

The whole thing is just so cute and ridiculous, which I adore. Glad it hit the spot with you too.

Two of my nieces are now in wonderful monogamous relationships with two lovely women. Why shouldn't they be married if they like?!

I love this video -- thanks for sharing.

My pleasure! We're starting to get there, aren't we? As a global community, I mean. Sure there is a truck load of prejudice still out there, but it feels like your average thinking person at least has no intellectual objections to gay/lesbian marriage. Why should they? It makes no sense!

The thing that still unsettles me from time to time is the impression that even some of the supporters still feel uncomfortable with the idea, even if their rationality is telling them it's silly.

Bring on lovely couples like your nieces! Let them hold hands, kiss in public, live their lives to the fullest and show the world that, really, some of us are still living in the dark ages ;)

I love that you're proud of them.

You're welcome. Fight the good fight and all ...

It was nice to see you for dinner the other night. Pete and I were just saying that we don't get to see enough of our friends. We should plan something all together ... a night out or dinner somewhere nice. Let me know what your schedule is like.

Also ... I have a bit of a musical/creative project that I've fallen into. It might be your thing, it might not. We must talk!
