I was given two tix to this gig for my birthday, and it's a testament to how underappreciated these artists are that it took me until less than 12 hours before the gig to find a taker for the spare ticket (even if it was rather late notice).

Oh yeah. The way she introduces songs?

"Okay, so this is a song about being in love with someone who thinks you're a dickhead ..."

yeah that, and also the little stories that have absolutely no relevance whatsoever! I saw her at the vanguard a few years back and i just remember a fabulous ebay story and she had us all in stiches.
