I believe Gandhi was in the military in his younger days, so King probably can out-pacify him.

(Though Gandhi routinely kicks my ass in Civ 4, so there might be an argument the other way.)

Based on what they actually said, I'm going with Gandhi as a bigger pacifist. I don't think MLK was entirely pacifist, he just realized that he was facing the resources of much of an entire nation. Although so was Gandhi. Hmmmm.

Okay, I take it back. I'm calling it a pacifist draw.
