A very nice restaurant in Baltimore, Sunday, New Year's Day, early afternoon

"Don't freak out, we have one last present for you," Parker said to Nate and Sophie. Christmas-NewYear's-Saint-Nick's-Feast-Everything-Else had gone well, and now there was a surprise. "All you have to do is enjoy it. But here in Baltimore."

Nate raised an eyebrow. With Parker, this could be literally anything. "You didn't steal a skywriter or something, did you?"

"Or some kind of wild animal?" Admittedly, Sophie had never expected that of Parker, but on the list of 'anythings' that one would be disastrous. Thus. "Darling, you shouldn't have."

"Nah, c'mon," Eliot said, smirking a bit at the look on Nate's face. "We know you two better'n that." He gave Nate a once over. "Ya brought a nicer suit than that though, right?"

Parker waved a hand impatiently. "Noooo. I should make you guess, but you won't get it." That was becoming obvious. "And unless you give us a really good reason, we're not returning it." After all the trouble they went to? Pfftt. Plus Jono and Hannibal could always use it. Maybe.

"We stole you a wedding!"
