OMG. I miss Pushing Daisies soooooo much! And you've captured the narrator's voice so perfectly, and the quirky weirdness and just... everything! And I love seeing Sam and Dean through Pushing Daisies colored glasses. Like here:

Dean Winchester was also aware of this but had a very well developed philosophy about the Winchester Family’s Psychodrama of Emotions developed by the expert hand of John Winchester himself.

Which was that if you refused to acknowledge the emotional consequences long enough, they simply ceased to exist.

Clever, and oh so apt.

I always thought it would be super awesome to do a crossover between these two shows. And indeed this is just that. I'm dying to read more of this! Please post more soon!

Auntmo recommended your awesome story at spn bigpretzel. I was a big fan of Pushing Daisies and can just picture Dean and the Impala in that technicolor field of daisies. I can hear Jim Dale's voice in your crafty narrative passages. Terrific beginning.
