I forgot to say that Lauren and Robin heavily contributed to Friday night's collossal fun by letting us swim in their pool after the bike ride.
It was the icing on the Critical Mass cake.

Skinwall tires are getting more and more difficult to find for my road bike, but (what luck?) I found one at Black Sheep exactly like the one I've worn out.

Surely you can special order them at one of the shops in town. What size do you need?

700x23 or narrower.

I just like being able to walk in and pull one off the shelf when I need it, because cuts and flats are so unpredictable... I kindof knew the one above was almost done, but I waited anyway.

Now I'd really like to have some of those all-white zaffiros, those would never wear out, I'd baby them so good, like just ride them to the common market instead of all around town.
