Yeah, it's real. Isn't it amazing? What made it even better was that because the weather was so cold, the snow flakes didn't melt very quickly, they stayed on my sleeves in their perfect shape just long enough for me to capture the shots.

I can remember as a boy folding bits of paper into triangles and then cutting shapes into them before unfolding them proclaiming they wer snowflakes.
Never did I think that they would actually represent the real thing.
I am truly astounded by that photgraph. 'They' say that snowflakes look like that, but I have never seen it with my own eyes.
Thanks for sharing - do you mind if I post it into my journal and refernce you as the source - I think more people need to see it!
