Know what I like most about it? It's not just funny and well produced, it's also about a topic that, as amusing as it is, is significant: decisions regarding what can be patented (or copyrighted or trademarked -- Morton has trademarked its "when it rains it pours" logo) go to the heart of how we understand creativity and production. The argument that the font could have been produced by someone who was industrious but creative is at the center of many of these disputes and shows how we value intellect (read: high class or already monied) over production (read: low class or sweat of the brow). And, masterfully, this video hints at all of that and then drops what's actually important -- just like shows like "Behind the Music" do
