It's been a while since I updated here-since I arrived, actually-but I thought it might be about time to do that. But it figures you'd talk about Quidditch with your Dad. Which match did you decide on as your best, then?

My first, actually. He decided that if you can't make a good show in your first match, you don't have much to compare to it. And I had some good matches since then, but I did start off on the right foot.

Shame I wasn't there to see it, though Merlin knows I bombarded Ron for the details through owl post. To think you made it on the team as a firstie-that must have impressed him.

...I didn't realize that your father had been here for a day, Harry. I would have liked to meet him, but... well. I'm glad that you had a good time with him.

A curse being interesting in a good way. How very curious.

I'll be free tonight, after six. If everyone else is free as well, we might want to make the most out of the remainder of a day where... browsing the network might backfire anyway.

I've mentioned it here and there, admittedly, but I thought I would have updated this sooner. I'm not used to keeping something like this.

It'll be about what's gone on back home. That's why we have something to celebrate, mate.

Suspicions confirmed, then?

[[ooc: Apparently, some friends around going to come and pick me up, so I apologize if I drop off.]]

What are filters exactly?

I'd show you, but that'd be a bit difficult right now. They're meant to keep certain conversations private.

By the way, you are invited, too, Emil.

If I wanted to talk to someone privately, wouldn't it be better to do it personally? I mean... I think I'd like to see their reactions too.

And um, thank you! Do I have to bring anything? I mean... it's a party, right? I've never been to a real party, but I guess you bring some food sometimes... don't you?

I'd think that'd make more sense. I haven't had much practice with going about it myself, but a few friends of mine have wanted to speak that way.

If you'd like. I admit we haven't hammered things out just yet, but I think that part's up to you.

Fortunately I don't know if you've typed anything here that would actually need to go behind a filter.

I didn't. As far as you know.
