[A.B.A sits on her plush couch. The cage that holds her pet mouse inside nearby so she's able to watch him eat from the food she's given him. Her expression is a little forlorn. Not an uncommon expression from her, but she looks a little more put off than usual. The dreamberry is off to the side, having switch on to record the moment as she speaks

[She still sounds a bit out of it when answering. Moreso at such upsetting words]

I know the people here have their own words just as I have mine. But, it's still sad to see the ones I've grown so close to leave.

And how does 'feeling sad' exactly help the situation any? It's not going to bring them back.

Of course it does not bring them back, but most people mourn loss.

[Among her frustration she sounds slightly confused. She remembers Rita being at least a little more pleseant the last she spoke with her]

I felt really close to him. I believe it would be wrong to just shrug off the fact that he's gone.

Hi. [Soft greeting. Max is not back to his happy self, not quite recovered from his time in the castle of nightmares]

Who is gone?

[It's not hard for her to pick up on the fact the child's usual cherrfulness is missing] Hello, Max.

[She gives a heavy sigh]

Malik is gone. He was a very good friend of mine.

[mangandsleep]

Oh. I met him once.

You were friends?

Hmm, yes. He was quite nice to me. He gave me a place to stay for a little while when I first came here and even taught me things I did not know.

[Frowns]

So, it is difficult to deal with the fact he is gone.

I've had my fair share of friends come and go. Sad to say, never gets any easier.

You gonna be all right?

Over time I am sure I will be. [She tries to sound somewhat optomistic for Raven's sake] But, I suppose it is a little more difficult after already leaving someone close to me from my own world.

Bein' separated from yer friends is pretty tough. But hey, if ya ever need any company or just someone ta talk to, ya can always count on me.

That is very kind of you, Raven. [It really does mean a lot to her to know she still has some friends around]
