and goddess, this was a good one... the poor girl, honestly... worst dude to fall for, really. (well, for me, not seeing someone for months at a time would be a blessing, but for a girl in love it would be absolute torture...)
This chapter was tasty. :D

I don't think I've much more to say, that I haven't already said. You must write more of this- and when it's all done, I want to print it out and bind it, because half my bookcase is filled with good stories that aren't half as wonderful as this.

And I must protest- you are making me fall harder for this ruddy fictional pirate than I intended or wanted!

I'm sure you're praising the work way too lavishly but thank you anyway because it means so much, I so wanted this vision I had to work and I know that it's long and isn't filled with much action and has an OC in it rather than the favourite film characters and I just thought noone would like it or read it so THANK YOU for taking the time and thank you more for liking it. :D

hopefully chapter five by the end of the week... xxxxx

No, really, I'm not over-praising! I really have fallen for this fic. I mean, if want me to find something wrong with it...I could try.

Actually, there are a few places where I would recommend full stops, and yes the yellow and black is a tenny bit hard to read...Without over-generalising, I think OCs are often hard for people to get interested in because they don't want to read anything 'proper'- they just want instant characters they already know. They don't want to bother with getting a mental image, coming to understand the character etc; they want quick fix ( ... )

rereading it lately, there's a LOT of little tiny things i would adjust. i'm thinking i'll finish the whole thing, then go back and edit. i seem to work better that way.
