thanks ive been doing that already but do you know if theres any way i can do it fast or at least get it white cause is like pale yellow but i want it whiter like a platinum

Let's see, use a violet toner, as well as violet shampoo and conditoner, let it sit in your hair a few minutes, rinse out, then add fanci-ful color rinse througout your hair.....don't know the EXACT color name, but again...is the violet colored one.....this can be left in. This works GREAT in my hair when there r yellow tones left behind. Lemme know how it works!

thanks sweetheart well i have purple shampoo and the fancifull white minx well exept for the toner ill go get one but see i test a strand and it was turning purple i duno why but ill try a toner

When applying the toner, I suggest being in the shower, cuz it can turn purple really fast! In which case u will wanna stick your head under the running shower. However, if it DOES turn purple, that means u have succeeded in lifting your color to platinum, the purple will wash out in one or two shampoos...lemme know how it turns out!:)
