• I will NOT be responsible for any loss of normal mail, however i do pack every item i send out securely  and include a return address at the back of the envelope. I will also email buyers when their item has been mailed out and tell them where at.
• Absolutely NO haggling of prices unless i've stated that prices are negotiable.
• Trades are welcome but ONLY IF i like something from your lj.
• Dead sellers/buyers are ABSOLUTELY NOT TOLERATED. They will be blacklisted and i will not hesitate to report to the police and lodge a complaint against you if you cheat my money. I do keep record of every single email exchanged with any buyer/seller and will surely use them against you.
• I do expect that once you have confirmed an item, you are required to make payment within 24 hrs or else item will be released to the next interested buyer.
• Lastly, I do my best to make every transaction a smooth one and i hope you would too. I hope that you have a pleasant transaction with me! :))

FOR SPREES

1. Please only join if you are comfortable.
2. Orders will take ~2-3 weeks to arrive so only order if you're willing to wait.
3. whoscool cannot be held responsible if shipment arrives late from supplier.
4. Stocks may run out fast on supplier's side so pls include an alternative order should the item you're interested in is OOS.
5. Refunds will be made if item is OOS and there is no alternative order.
6. Measurements are given by supplier, whoscool will not be responsible if measurements are not accurate.
7. Product color might vary in real life due to different resolutions between computer screens
8. Price is inclusive of  EMS shipping from Korea + Handling and Packing Fee (unless otherwise stated)
9. You will regularly be informed of the status of the shipment via email and a photo of your parcel will be taken and sent to you as proof before sending them out.
10. whoscool will not be held responsible for the loss of normal mail so registered mail is strongly advised.
11. A clear snapshot of the transaction receipt is required if doing ATM transfers.
12. WHOSCOOL cannot be held responsible for defects in supplies provided to me by the supplier. However i will do a thorough check on item before sending out. Should there be any defects spotted by me i will inform you to decide on follow up action.
