I feel it's only fair to turn this into a fight between Monotheism and Polytheism. Now, the Roman Empire, who worshipped Juno, was certainly Polytheistic. So let's take a quick look at Rome for a second...wait a minute...what the hell is that? Oh, right, it's just the seat of one of the largest and most powerful religions in the world. Hm...I guess maybe Monotheism might have some advantages over polytheism...at least, there was this guy, who seemed to have some ideas about religion.
Anyway, all I'm saying is that Juno's had it out with a Monotheistic deity before, and it didn't go too well. If a God's strength can be measured by the strength of his/her/its followers, FSM certainly has a much bigger following these days.
Therefore, the flying spaghetti monster, when unable to fly, is really a sado-masochist in disguise. The FSM would destroy Juno in an match as any hit she made against him would only make him more happy. To hell with heaven. Go FSM!

FSM for the unnecessarily over-referential win!
