I'm sticking to my last argument, only doubly so. The meteor clearly slammed into Oz last round, and is thus neutralized. Stewart is rich, and can fund mining operations. He just needs to harness a few tornadoes, and pretty soon mining crews will be crawling across the remnants of Oz harvesting meteoric iron.

Stewart not only wins, he reaps a monetary benefit.
