This was hot. Really hot. Really, really hot. (Don't mind me, I just came from a night of drinks.)

SO FREAKIN' HOT. There's something about the Doctor/Rose pairing that just... YUM!

The angst kills me, but it was perfect.

And the fact that Rose had just come from the alternate universe where the Doctor was dead is perfect. Makes sense that Rose would lose herself in this lookalike.
