Is this your work email? If so... I've set up an Outlook rule which auto-responds to any email bigger than 2mb, explaining that the message has been deleted due to size restrictions, and if it's a business-related message, to contact me so it can get through. People who forward videos of bears falling on trampolines usually think this is a genuine security message...
