Evil bastards! For future endeavours, can I highly recommend home made scotch bonnet pepper spray as a deterrent? Works a treat so it does.

Well I didn't know about your infestation until just now....

However, if you do make it, wear a face mask when you apply it. Really.

2 pints water, 6 scotch bonnets, sliced in half (oh god wear gloves) Bring to the boil then simmer said ohgodohgod peppers in the water for about half an hour. Decant the liquid Very Carefully into a spray bottle.
Wear gloves and a mask when applying to plants. No joke.

We've lost all of our peaches on the new peach tree.

Which isn't too bad, I suppose, as I hadn't expected it to produce anything, given the radical choppping it received when I put it in this spring.

The tomato horn worms got at my hanging tomato plants last summer. Amazing how quickly most of a plant can be consumed!
