lots of tylenol cold during the day and Nyquil at night - its not to bad, I just want to keep it that way.

Tylenol cold is a wonderful thing. I had to buy Dayquil the last time I was sick because the store had no Tylenol. What a trip. I just got really dizzy and giggled a lot. Which isn't really that much different from how I usually am...
