I just checked out the homes at that link you provided http://www.modernlivingspaces.com/ and OMG I so want to live in one of those. The design and decor in those photos puts the *ultra* in ultra-modern. Yummy:-)

Only problem is that they are in the PIT of the city.. on the other side of the 10 freeway.. Google earth the place.. I think getting a lot in the city limits would be good and having them build one for you!

lol. i know about rubber and hot temps - they make us do NBC (nuclear, biological, & chemical) drills out here!

luckily the Army provides us with sealed drinking tubes for our rubber. heh.
