Could you get a business to sponsor kids rather than traditional fundraising? Or, are there scholarships you could look into?

That's actually one of the ideas I brought to the table! I figure I can take the form letter we use for asking for PTSA donations and just tweak it to ask for youth group donations instead. Might start with my mom's boss, lol.
