Today's QotD took a turn for the serious: Think about a time when you told a lie - how did you feel? How did the person you lied to feel? (the rest of the questions are all fun and innocent. what's up with this one?) I'm too old to try and remember a specific lie and the motivations behind it.

Yesterday's question was Happy First Day of Fall! ( Read more... )

Hahaha! to No. 5. You can't be much older than me. I know I said Spock, but one of my friends sussed me out. My first crush was Trigger - the wonder horse and I was pretty fond to Rin Tin Tin, too!

Haha, well I turned 36 this year, but I have a hard enough time remember what day it is! And I've always been both fanciful and fickle, so I would think that my "first" character crush would have been a loooooong time ago! I do know my first favorite character was Droopy, because I've heard the story multiple times that when I was little and my mom would come to get me after work, I would refuse to even put my shoes on to leave until after Droopy came on. And I know that my first celebrity crush was Elijah Wood, but I don't think that was related to a certain character.

I did have a crush on Chris Chambers in Stand By Me (River Phoenix's character), and when I was a teenager I watched TNG before I ever watched TOS and I had a crush on Wesley Crusher (goodness only knows why!).

Oh, my dear, I have been married as long as you've been alive! :D And I still remember my first crush, both human and otherwise. It is great that you loved Droopy so! I'm surprised you didn't end up with a basset hound. They always look so sad (heh, You know what? I'm happy. Yeah, Droopy was great!).

I was never tremendously fond of Wesley. He reminded me of some of my students.
