So far the convention is going pretty darned well. Business seems to have picked up substantially: The dealer room was only a little over half-full yesterday, but today only had one empty table. Still nothing near the size of FC, but that has its own benefits as well, as I can actually spend time gabbing with many of the dealers, instead of just

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
I know what you mean though, about our fandom getting older. I started feeling 'old' when Fred Patten first had his stroke. Even for all the kids at Cons, there are still a lot of 'grey muzzles', folks who were far younger when I first got into fandom, but the years are catching up.
Anyway, I'm glad you're enjoying the Con so far! Wish I coulda been there. Perhaps next year.
