German article on the current situation

There's an article in a popular German magazine, Spiegel, concerning the current goings on with LJ. My German is nicht so gut. Are there any German speakers about who may be able to provide a summary or translation into English?

The Article (Blogs gesperrt wegen Potter-Sex)

Thank you very much!

Well - before anything - "Blogs gesperrt wegen Potter-Sex" is probably the funniest thing I've heard today.

I babelfished it, and it seems to just... be a general recording of the facts, with a description of the picture (not explicit), but with a general leaning towards the users.

This might be entirely wrong. It's probably entirely wrong.

Yes, there is something about German :D I am glad to see the story be picked up. I'm glad also that their tone seems sympathetic toward fandom.

Here's what Babelfish ( http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr ) gives as a translation ( ... )

Heh, thanks. I admit, I find Babelfish translations pretty hard to parse. They are amusing though! My favourite part has got to be "A whitish liquid drips from its mundwinkel."

This reminds me of how many sources describing the picture get it wrong. They frequently say that it shows Snape engaged in oral sex on Harry. In reality, Harry's penis is cradled against Snape's cheek. Suggestive of afterglow, but not explicit sex by any means..unless Snape has somehow grown a second mouth on his left cheek.

They also describe it as child porn, so what do you expect?

Ich kann Deutsch lesen, aber mein ist auch nicht perfekt.

I didn't read the whole thing but that was pretty much right what the Babel fish translated.
